Do not recommend this product at all !!!! ### ⭐⭐ The usual junk selling markets *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2017* Let's start off with I ordered 2 Dabs Audio ear buds. 1 in white and 1 in black. I totally like the way they looked. Well upon receiving them I noticed the black one didn't have it's name Dabs on it. It was plain. But the real downside is it I stuck in Chinese. We reset the ear bud as by directions. And it still stuck in Chinese. One other point I'd like to mention. When a store shows an item they should show it on both sides or all around. The pictures don't show a small hole on the left side. Which both do have. Yet the photo does seem airbrushed. The hole must be there for a reason. But not showing and definitely nothing said in the booklet it comes with. We have no idea. So now we're thinking it's broken, cracked or some kind of defect. It should be up to the person to decided if they want an item that I s what it is. So now we're on to sending them back. And all because the picture of the opening or hole. Because we don't know what it's there for and one came with no name so it looks really plain. Not at all like the white one and again especially it won't speak in English even after the reset over a few times. Only giving it 2 *;because I like the white color. But it sure would be nice for the seller to explain what the hole is for. It sought of makes me think it's cracked. Well I already know that things made in China can be the same exact things yet they put different names on them or leave it with no name. And when pairing them both had different names. Doesn't make sense. If you purchase 2 exact items then that's what you should get. Yet their asking for 5 stars and try their best to make the customer satisfied.
