Comfortable and Affordable
Good Quality and very affordable. There is no smell to them. I recently experienced leaking while in public and that was so embarrassing. I started researching affordable protective underwear and saw Amazon's Basics. I read the reviews like I do on everything I order from Amazon. The design is comfortable and soft, considering what this product is. My waist is 28" .The overall fit for me is good. It's definitely a SMALL not a medium. Buy a large if you need a medium. These run small I think . I'm a small person so it'll work for light coverage .For the protection level it'll be fine for me. A little urine leakage. I don't need them for bedtime. Durability works fine . If you use them at night I also recommend using a pee pad should there be any leaking. I was a caregiver for over 40 years and my clients did this for accidental spills . I'll use these for when I go shopping or walking on the beach.. I highly recommend for the Price and quality.

Wonderful product!
I am the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia. Incontinence has become more of an issue, especially overnight. I have tried a few different products, which are ok, but end up with some leaking. I decided to give the amazon basics brand a try. We have been using them overnight for 2 weeks now, and I am super impressed!! There has only been one time with minimal leaking and it was due to her having a loose stool, not her urinary incontinence. These pull-up type of disposable undergarments are designed as unisex, which makes them more versatile. My mother can not verbalize how comfortable they are, but she does not pull or grab at the undergarments when I help to put them on. They don’t seem to be very bulky, and fit under her clothing, so could be used during the day if needed. I was concerned about leaking relative to sleep position. My mother will sometimes sleep on her side, and other times sleep on her back. She weighs around 100 pounds, and I was concerned about them being too big and not conforming around her legs when she moves in her sleep. I purchased the S/M and they fit very well. The waistband gives so as not to be too constricting. I appreciate how the back side has a bit wider edge along the bottom for better coverage and I imagine more comfort around her buttocks. Other products are so similar front and back, it’s difficult to tell which way they go, but these are easy to tell. I have not noticed any rashes or skin irritation since I started using the “protective underwear,” and to be honest, she sometimes sleeps for up to 12 hours without my waking her through the night. The lining appears to keep her skin dry and protected from urine. They also seem to hold quite a lot of urine! When attempting to remove the product, my mother will sometimes grab at the waist and try to keep them up, and they have not ripped until I deliberately rip the seams in order to remove the soiled garment. This tells me they are strong enough, but not so indestructible that I can’t remove them by tearing as needed. I noticed that Amazon is suggesting I say something about “smell.” I really have not detected any odor from the product, and her urine does not have any change in smell once the product is wet. I was very surprised at the quality of this product, especially with the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, especially for at night with a person with dementia, and will definitely purchase again.

Capacity
I'm new to being a caregiver & figuring out what works best for my mom. These are good & holder and lot of urine during the day. Not opinion yet about overnight...tbd

Great capacity for nice price. Great fit.
These do Great on the capacity side equaling some adult breifs with tabs which generally have higher capacity than pull up typ diapers by a substantial margin. I bought them for my girlfriend who has severe incontinence issues they fit kind of tight on her which most oth the time when she wears something that fits tight she complains, but not here. She noticed that due to the tightness they don't sag & feel cold like most other pull up diapers. They tight to her private arts & stay warm until full & ready to change. They did leak once but they had a lot of pee it before it leaked. They continued to stay warm to the point that she didn't realize how full it was until it leaked. When I helped her change it was very heavy with pee. These do not have leak guards but their absorbency is so good it doesn't matter as they outperform most that do have leakguards. They seem to do OK dealing with pee smell but poop is another story, which is to be expected for the pull up cloth backed type diaper. They seem durable. None have ripped yet. Ease of use? These are somewhat more difficult to apply than most pull ups of the large size due their tightness but ultimately contribute to their long term comfort. I like the plain white color as does my girlfriend. There is some stickiness when trying to open them up prior to applying, but this doesn't seem to affect their feel when actually wearing them. This is common issue with most disposable diaper of any type. Overall these are a great fitting, great performing diaper once you get past the general tightness. They have much higher capacity than expected for their price.

life saver
For almost two years, I’ve been using disposable underwear daily due to a neurogenic bladder, and after trying almost every brand, I can confidently say Amazon Basics is hands down the best. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, discretion, and reliable protection. Here’s why I love it: 🩲 Ideal for smaller bodies: Many other brands are designed for larger frames or older women, leading to awkward fits and leaks. As someone who’s petite, I’ve struggled with that, especially at night. Amazon Basics fits just right and doesn’t cause any issues. 🛏️ No more overnight leaks: Since switching to this brand, I no longer have to worry about underpads or changing sheets every morning. These hold up for 6–8 hours, even overnight, without any problems. 👖 Invisible under clothes: Whether I’m wearing leggings or other form-fitting outfits, I don’t have to worry about it being noticeable. It blends in perfectly. 💰 Unbeatable value: After comparing prices, I found that this is the most affordable option, especially when you buy the 3-pack bundle. It offers great value for its quality. This product has taken a lot of stress out of my daily routine. If you’re petite and need something that actually fits and works, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Meh…
If you like the feeling of sand on your sheet by all means buy them. The urine retention is very good though. Personally I’m going to purchase Prevail.

Not comfortable when sitting on a firm seat.
I have (I hope temporary) bowel incontinence problem. I tried this product for a couple of weeks. It did the job, but then, I'm guessing no worse or no better than the other similar products sold here. The thing that made this particular brand unacceptable was my inability to drive my car while wearing this diaper. I am an elderly male, of normal proportions, weighing about 180 pounds. These diapers are are very bulky between one's legs and a little difficult to put on and take off (I'm an 82 year old male). They seal in waste well enough, but the bulk of the diaper put so much pressure on my anal area while sitting on a firm car seat. that the pain was excruciating. I couldn't even sit long enough to start the engine. My frequent incontinence has made my anus sensative to external pressure, and this product was intolerable. My next purchase was the CVS store generic brand and they are a world of difference. They are noticeably easier to put on and take off (both products were s/m size), but are much, much less bulky between my legs and much more comfortable to sit in. I guess the Anazon product is designed for maximum liquid retention capacity, but IMO they have overdone it. This product is like sitting on fence rail lengthwise. It hurts to even think about it. 😣
