I had some for about 30 years & these are the same shoe. Good luck! **Q: Are this 11 American size? I don't see any option for the size.** A: I've been buying this version of sneakers since the 1980's. I've ordered the same size all these years, which is the same size on the other shoes I wear. Which has been size 11 all these years, and I live in Kentucky, USA. **Q: How to return if sent to a prison and they didn’t accept it?** A: That's something I cant answer contact Amazon. **Q: They look like the old school original reboks 4600 i wore in high school...are they with new numbers?** A: Yeah, they're pretty much exactly like the old ones. I finally replaced my old pair that I have been wearing for about 20 years. When I got them I compared the new ones to the old ones & they were exactly the same.
