The ball is thick and feels sturdy to lay on.
I first wanted a larger ball and found the 65cm too small for my needs. I then decided to use the ball more for spine therapy than for exercises. This ball's excellent thickness makes it easy to underinflate and lay on to acclimate my spine for better back and rib muscle tone and alignment. It would be a great ball completely inflated for exercises as well. Recommend. I do not recommend using the air pump. It supplies a small amount of air, and you will need an hour to blow it up. The extra plug and remover are useful.

Good product
Used for a few days so far in late stage pregnancy. Comfy to sit on and to use for pelvic exercises. Comes with a pump which is useful. So far can’t fault product.

Slight small but perfect
Does the job as a birthing ball. Smaller then expected but used well to help with hip and back pain

Way too small and the pump broke within a few minutes

Not durable or extra thick
Accidentally caught it on thorny bush while using it outside and it instantly torn picked it up once deflated and it just disintegrated in my hands and tore apart

Quite small
I probably should have checked the sizing before buying. Ball was very small.Easy to inflate but the pump was very squeaky which set my dog off barking each time I tried to inflate it. 🤣
