I work at a hotel and this works like a charm. I can hear the bell in my office with the door closed which helps me concentrate on my work. The yellow smiley face on both sides is a high hit with the customers and it really seems to draw there attention to the bell to ring it. Seems to be very sturdy as well from a type of metal.

I bought this product for my classroom. I use it during games and as a disciplinary chime. The first time the students held it they dropped it and it fell apart. They were sitting in a chair so it dropped on carpet it didn’t seem like it should break that easy. When I received it the center bar was crooked so the bill has never set flush.

We use this bell at my work for when our patients complete radiation for skin cancer they can ring the bell. It's such a special moment for all of us!
