Gave 2 stars because it does work flawlessly but I wear polarized sunglasses all day everyday. This screen can't be seen in portrait mode with polarized glasses, only in landscape. So I can't text, check the time, etc. Without turning my phone sideways to landscape. The screens on phones from the manufacturer are polarized at a 45 degree angle so you can see them both ways. This screen is vertically polarized. Says nothing about that on the description. Shouldn't hurt sales. If I didn't wear these polarized glasses I'd be perfectly satisfied. But at least put a warning in the description about it.

I'm in Colombia, I had to ask one of my friends to send it to me. Screen arrived in good conditions, I opened the phone and transfered the earpiece and the main board and re-assembled the phone. Screen fits perfer like OEM and colors are OK. Also, the touching is the same experience as OEM.I am giving 4 stars because I had to teardown the phone 2 times after the replacement because I forgot to transfer the rubbers for Proximity sensor and recording microphone from the old screen, as they are not included. But screen works ok in general.If I had troubles on the way, I'll update this review. If you don't hear back from me, it's because everything is going well.UPDATE: So, I ran some tests, the screen touching is not so smooth as original in the corners. Also, I noticed some ghost (also known as screen burn) mostly in the nights. I will upload pictures later. It seems like it happens to all G5's screens. It happened to me also with the original one but still a good replacement, still 4 stars.UPDATE 2: I have noticed that it does not use a strong glue between the glass and the display, you can notice it when you press the edges (carefully). You will see the glass sitting a little bit. I haven't experienced any issues with the screen, I can use the phone everyday and it's like my screen never cracked.UPDATE2: I see ghosting greeting worse day by day, it mostly happens in the night. It will disappear if I let the phone with screen off overnight. Next day I get the same ghosting in the night. I am not too impressed as I was having the same issue with the original screen. But right now I see that this one does not make much difference. In fact, this one is more noticeable. I am in the process of taking pictures of it, in the day and in the night.

got the screen replacement on time and the LG G5 is by far the easiest screen I've ever replaced. It was ridiculously easy. no glue or sticky strips needed. 3 parts to transfer from the old frame to the new one and done.The screen itself appears to be working well. No dead pixels, no bubbles, touch sensitivity is good (just remember to remove the protective film), and very even color and brightness. I'm 100% satisfied at least initially. I'll revist his review if I have problems down the road but if you're reading this and it hasn't been updated for a while that means it continues to perform as it should and I have no complaints. Packaging was good and arrived in good condition. The tools are kind of flimsy but good enough for one use.

I almost took my phone to one of those shops that replace the glass for you, but I thought it was way too expensive. I went online to see what my options were and I ran across some videos of people doing it themselves. They made it look so easy that I thought I should give it a go. I decided on this one that had pretty good reviews, and turns out it was awesomely easy. It made me feel good to actually do it myself, and the phone looked perfect. Just like new!

Great buy. Have had no issues like others, no bleeding, no GPS issues nothing. Easy to install. The youtube video I used for the install said you had to replace the headphone speaker. But there's already one in the frame, so that was not needed.

I had many issues with this replacement screen. Colors were more washed out than with original screen. Not very durable, scratches easily and cracked the second time I dropped it. Old screen had been dropped many many times before it finally cracked. If the phone gets hot one time the glass will start to separate from the screen. I only got about an extra 6 months out of my old phone.Side note...I replaced the screen on my son's LG G5 with a different brand screen and haven't had any problems, so I'm pretty sure the issues I've had with this one were not just me.

Great quality screen! I normally buy from iFixit but they've been out of these screens for weeks. I gave this one a shot and it's just as good as my original screen. Only thing I noticed was that there was a little bit of extra glue on the sides where the digitizer glass is glued to the LCD screen, which made absolutely no difference on function. It may be an original LG screen which had the glass replaced, which would explain why the quality of the LCD is so good.

Great for needing a screen quick. After 2 months the glass is popping up near the bottom edge. This could be my fault in how I removed the old screen, I don't know. Sometimes you can see a previous screen you had all around the edges of the glass. Hard to explain, but not very satisfied. It's been 3 months... Already broke again and will probably try a different brand over this one
