I wish I had paid more attention that this was an audio workout and not video It's hard to follow the audio - I would love for this to be video.

doesn't fell like it when you first use it but we do ...
The group this was ordered for is 55 plus and we are thoroughly enjoying the workout. It is truly aerobic, doesn't fell like it when you first use it but we do both 30 minute sessions back to back and have found it most helpful. It uses all your muscels and you fell wonderful afterwards. You can also use this on land if the weather is not nice enough to use the pool. We (all 10 of us) recommend this product.

Very good. Just wish it were on two CDs instead of one. But it's a very good workout

This was a good arm and leg workout. I could hear it.
I use it for my class of mostly seniors. I have found that Lori says the commands loud and clear. I have 2 other of her workouts and they are great.

Easy paced water aerobics CD
This is a nice and easy water aerobics CD. The instructor clearly describes each movement, making this an easy instruction to follow. We use this CD with a group of 60+ retired folks and they seem to find it easy to follow.

Use with care
Some of the instructions are hard to follow and moving in a circle in a pool is hard to do with more than 5 people. So this is better for small groups. Also some of the moves with one leg forward caused knee pain in some participants.
