It was okay for about 2 days before the back part of it that connects to the bottom piece broke off, and now it's totally unusable. It wasn't handled roughly or anything, just lightly vacuuming around a hardwood floor. It's just the way it's designed, it seems. Super disappointed, I wish I could get my money back. Also, it got really really hot when used for more than 5 minutes at a time. Before breaking, suction was just okay. Nothing fantastic, but it worked fine for picking up dirt and dust from my hardwood floor.

Very powerful. Fairly easy to change the accessories back and forth to get every nook and cranny. The only downfall is that it overheats and shuts itself off after about 30 minutes, and it takes a good 15 minutes at least to cool down enough to turn back on. For me, dealing with this inconvenience is minor in comparison to the power, maneuverability, and price!

You get what you pay for. I love the convenience of how light it is, pretty great suction, and easily can be changed into using a corded hand vacuum (which was the whole reason for buying it, I hate hand vacuums that have a battery, they die too quickly and don't charge fast enough).That being said, the head attachment for using it as a traditional vacuum, when vacuuming crumbs, it must be centered over the desired target area. It doesn't pick up well with crumbs that go under the side of the vacuum.Lastly, and the biggest disappointment, because it was the biggest reason for me being interested in this vacuum, it overheats and dies. So I have to let the vacuum sit for 20-30 minutes at a minimum before it will turn back on. It for some reason overheats and dies much faster while using it as a hand vacuum to clean couches. I think the short back and forth motions it the cause.I wish I could pay more for the same vacuum but for better quality. It would be a great product if it didn't overheat and had a little more suction so you didn't have to run directly over crumbs to pick them up but would pick up from the sides.

WOW WOW WOW. I turned this vacuum on and experienced suction like I never have before. Dirt was disappearing, dogs ran for cover, kids picking their feet up, and Momma was so happy! I even took it upstairs for some hairball action. I have never had the more expensive vacuums like Dyson but this is the kind of suction I would expect from the more expensive brands. I love, love, love it! It's the vacuum I've been looking for all my (adult) life. Great job and kudos to the engineers who developed this vacuum and the price is great!!

I previously wrote a rave review after only using it once. On the third use, it died and won't work. Every use I smelled a burning plastic smell but thought it was because it was new. My guess it was overheating and the first 2 times I didn't use it long enough for it to completely shut off. 3rd use, I maybe used it 20 min before it shut off.

Good value. Would like it to glide easier over carpet. Decent suction.

Extremely loud and cheaply made. I wish I had the money I spent on this to put towards a quality vac.
