Nice but might not suitable for everyone
Deep sleep increase after taking melatonin but next day if do not take cold shower or bath body feels sleepy for at least 4-5 hrs

Actually Works!
Tried many other melatonin supplements and later found that they all have so much sugar , but this has no sugar, wow. My nutritionist told me not to take sleep gummies as gummies base is made with sugar...tried Fast&Up Melatonin on her recommendation and it actually works. It's NOT a drug or a sleeping pill but just nutrition for sleep is what she told me..I get sleep within few mins now, get deeeep sleep and feel fresh next day..finally able to sleep and wake up on time noww..been having everyday past few weeks and loving it.. Don't think, just go for it. Delivery was fast and received product in good condition too.Besttt!

Worked quite opposite for me
I only use it when I need to sleep early and wake up early too! it let's you sleep early but I have less amount of deep sleep when I consume it!

Good dissolvent, which does not have high sugar like other brands
Unlike other brands which have more sugar this is really amazingI like the way it is dissolves in the water the fizzAnd yes it does the job of helping you sleep better

Effective product
The product works instantly, I was tired and felt sleepy within 5-7 mins of taking this. Flavour is good and good thing is that it has lower sugar compared to other supplements (especially gummies). And the next day I got up fresh without feeling drowsy. Good product, totally recommend.

Won't change a nocturnal😂
If you're not sleepy this won't make you sleepy😂. If you're already sleepy this will make you sleep longer. If you take this and feel sleepy, it's a placebo effect due to your brain making you feel like it's working😂. If you're a nocturnal, it won't do a thing. YOUR own effort matters. I took it and stayed up 4 hours after that like it was nothing. So fix your schedule. These won't help if you just rely on them.
