The crotch slab for this table was sawn from a salvaged ash tree found in the Otter Creek area in eastern Montana, the base came from a cedar tree burned during the same fire. This is a very solid, heavy coffee table built to last forever. Live edges and some burn scars add a touch more character to the piece.
