The best purchase I made for Romeo's birdcage. I went from vacuuming around his cage daily, down to once a week and that's from shredder debris not the feeder. There is definitely "Truth in advertising" with this product because there is no mess after you put it in a cage. This is my second feeder because I dropped the first one and it cracked but it held together with clear packing tape until I got tired of looking at it. They pack two different types of hardware for different ways to mount it. I prefer mounting just like the illustration in the ad. Great value even if it was twice the price.

Love this! I have three parakeets, the small can hold two side by side. The seed hulls are contained in the feeder and it’s easy to dump out and add new food. The hooks don’t fit my cage perfectly, but it still works. One thing that might be more difficult is cleaning. It would be a bit difficult to clean in the food reservoir, but then your budgies are not likely to poop there (although one of mine managed to poop on the wall of the feeder) It would be nice if the perch inside is easily removable for washing as well, but it is solidly screwed in. Overall, I love it! I don’t need to clean around the cage anymore. I would definitely get again. Packaging was also extremely sturdy.

Really helps minimize the mess under my bird's cage. Easy to lift off the bars with the hooks, easy to scoop and pour food in it. My bird doesn't poop in it as I thought he would, only rarely. He took right to it. Let's me give him more food and not have to fill it again for a week or more.

Looks like it can be a fairly universal installation for 4-walled cages with horizontal wires. My cockatiel fits inside the larger-sized feeder. I like that he can fully fit inside, and there is room for him to move around. There is enough space for two birds feed at the same time. The downsides are there’s no way to refill the food unless you reach inside the cage and through the open side of the feeder that the bird enters through. It would have been nice if part of the design included a little opening or hatch to refill the feeder from the outside. Also, the feeder can easily be lifted upward from the bottom (in an outward motion away from the cage), which exposes a large escape route, and can be a little bit of a security issue for the bird--especially if the cage may be bumped, and/or if you have large curious dogs that could apply pressure from the bottom (see my video). However, if you don’t have other four-legged pets, I don’t think cockatiels are strong enough to maneuver the feeder away from the cage to expose the gap.

He hated the cube in his "condo/cage" had to acclimate over time I had it! I don't know if I wanted more to help seed vacuum up daily in cage and out more so I endured offer all his "YUMMYS" to attract him in and out of the devise/feeder. But finally he has accepted the CUBE and now I see what he eats and doesn't! Amazing cuz at this point wondered what he ate and liked in seed food! UPDATE What an amazing product for my teil and I get benefits too his cage is cleaner longer and no daily have vacuum unless I wanna! Now a 5⭐ star

My cockatiel fits perfectly in this and he’s a plump little dude. He throws his seed everywhere and scratches it like a chicken. This saves me from sweeping several times a day. Worth the money, highly recommended!

I do like my little cockatiel, but he is bar none the messiest bird ever. I had to sweep under his cage at least twice a day to keep ahead of his seed/pellet mess. Since he has no inclination to improve his table manners, this feeder is just the ticket. He has a cage that lends itself to attaching the feeder on the outside. It took about a day to convince Ollie that he should go into the feeder to get his food, but his favorite millet spray near the opening of the feeder convinced him that he would be fine in this lovely new enclosed dining room. He can sit in there and throw seed and pellets around as he pleases because everything is contained. I am happy because there are no more piles of his food all over the floor. A win for both of us.

It’s good all, but only one little problem once the bird gets in the box since it’s transparent, they will start flapping around and hitting the walls of the box

We got this as my conure likes to play in his food bowl and It worked perfect he can get inside and play in there and no more wasted seed it worked better than expected well worth the money

Initially, I thought we'd cracked the mess on the floor with this product. However, our parrot discovered quite quickly how to lift the hooks off the bars of the cage. To help prevent this we secured it with a bungee cord above and below which made it more rigid but the bird kept flicking the top until, after 3 months, it managed to break it. The hooks need to be redesigned so the bird can't lift them off, and there needs to be a flap towards the top so the bird can't lift it. Either that or make it from metal in the vulnerable areas. When the parrot finally broke it, I purchased another as it's all there is. It arrived already broken in a flimsy box inside a paper bag, I sent that back and ordered another hoping it was a one-off. It wasn't, the 3rd one came today, in exactly the same packaging, despite me asking for a studier box within a box, and - you guessed it, it's broken and going back.

It arrived with missing perch and acrylic separator then I asked for a return. But the material and the functionality looks good so I will order it from another supplier for sure
