I started to give this 1 star because I soaked the seeds overnight and it was some really hard seeds in my cup and I almost broke my tooth. I ended up YouTubing how to properly soak the seeds and some people use boiling water first. After using the boiling water and letting it steep and then putting it in my fridge to soak some more, the seeds are definitely softer and chewy.

Fenugreek seeds have amazing health benefits… esp if you allow the seeds to swell and soften overnight.

It is great to manage blood sugar level when cosumed correctly!
