I've wanted a molecular model since middle school. I need one to help my students and wanted a good kit--and it lived up to my expectations.The kit includes enough atoms to make any type of structure. The double bonds have a great length. They were easy enough to take apart, especially with the included tool; all the molecular model sets are easy on your fingers!I’m going be using this all the time as a tutor. It helps so much to have a good visual considering books can only show so much of a 3D structure.

My molecular model kit came in the mail exactly as described after just a few short days.As a high school science tutor, I've found using model kits like these can be very useful in understanding complex organic chemistry concepts such as chirality. Its really great to see something finally click for a student when they can touch and hold something in their hand, instead of just seeing it on the page. If you're studying organic chem and aren't utilizing a 3d model kit like this one, I'd recommend that you try it out!

I love this model kit. It has been years since I took organic chemistry and wish that I had used a model like this back then. The product arrived on time and I quickly found myself at the kitchen table making chemicals. This is an awesome way to visualize 3-D spatial relationships of chemical structures. One recommendation is to buy more than one kit if you are working with more complex structures. Definitely worth the money.

I am extremely impressed with this molecular model kit. The plastic bonds are sturdy and you can have some fun making structures. If you are like me then be ready for some joy! I made a spoonful of sugar (well C6H12O6) and some water (H2O) for my tea. The kiddos didn’t think it was as funny as I did though..It works well to explain Chemistry though for high school and college students. We opened up our old lab books and helped my younger sister work through some different models and how they are arranged. Explaining the different elements and having a visual model to work with hands-on was extremely rewarding and helpful for both ages groups. I wish I had had something like this to work with back when I took chemistry as an under-grad. It is very easy to figure out, the box has every piece labeled on the back of the lid. Would recommend. As a psychology student it is also very rewarding working through neurotransmitters to help learn more about and study the chemistry side of things.
