Q: I only used them 4 rounds and the boa system broke. What can I do?

You can contact FootJoy at (800) 224-8501 to file a warranty claim. FootJoy will most likely send you a BOA replacement kit. Thank you.

Q: What type of spike system is used ? There are 4 or so diff fits

First one shown is off of the BOA shoe. 1/4 turn soft spike. 2nd & 3rd are soft spike replacement spikes.

Q: Any suggestions on how to clean these? I know it’s waterproof, but they aren’t dirt proof!

I've used a brush and my air compressor and it works well enough for me. I also haven't gotten into any gnarly mud. Yet!

Q: Are these waterproof?

According to this very listing, Footjoy warrants that these will remain waterproof with normal use for 2 years (unclear what their definition of "normal use" is though).
