Stainless Steel Water Bottle and Protein Shaker Vacuum Insulated Double Wall Sweat Free w/ Pop Top Lid 26oz

I don't hate it, but as an engineer, I dislike the fact that the caps comes off when you try to open the flip top with one hand. I should not have to open this shaker with two hands, one holding down the entire cap, and the other to open the flip. The threads need to be deeper and/or the cap stiffer to prevent this. I wondered why it was leaking a number of times, only to find that it was coming loose with one hand opening. Not good. As long as you don't mind a finicky cap that comes loose at inopportune times, then it will be ok. Otherwise, I cannot recommend.

This is a fantastic shaker cup! No more stank from protein shakes being left in a plastic shaker cup to bake in the TX sun. The plastic just holds the stank and will not let go of it no matter what you do. The SS cup does not retain the odor of decaying protein. The wide opening of the cup makes it super easy to clean by hand (you are not supposed to put vacuum insulated cups in the dishwasher). The circular opening in the lid that you drink through allows you to drink more liquid faster if you are drinking water with electrolytes and makes it easier to drink shakes that are thinker in consistency.Shakes stay cool while you are out and about and do not leave sweat rings on tables or turn your hands into ice cubes. The insulated walls keep the cold in and the heat out.This company stands behind their products. I purchased two on Amazon. The gasket fell out of one of the two lids. I contacted them. They replaced it quickly. I believe they have changed the design of the lid seal, so that the gaskets will not fall out. The new lid I received had a different type of gasket well and gasket. FYI: If you go to their site, you can order cups in black or pink and get them engraved with your logo, business name, your name, nickname whatever.

The only thing wrong with this bottle is that the flip plastic top seems to open too easily. Whenever I place my gym bag in my trunk or on a bench in a locker room, the liquids inside the cup pop the flip plastic cover open and it spills over my things... I don't know if the one I got is defective or if it's a design flaw with cup, but it's happened twice now... Other than that it works well

This came neatly packaged and works as described. I've added a shaker ball to mine, I typically only use it as a protein shaker. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is the gasket inside the lid has not stayed in the lid since it arrived and I'm constantly putting it back in to the lid to seal the shaker. Twice I've made a mess now by shaking it with the gasket not in correctly. The other problem is, I'm extremely horrible about leaving protein shakes in my gym back, hence the reason with going with a "stainless steel" shaker, however, the lid is not stainless on the inside, and if you happen to leave any protein in it, the plastic will absorb some of the rotten protein smell that anyone who has used a shaker might be familiar with. It would be nice if the lid was stainless as well.

I am happy with everything about this cup. Just the size I wanted, great quality, keeps my protein/iced coffee shake cold while I'm drinking it. I like that it fits in a car cup holder and that the lid spout opens conveniently and accommodates my fat aluminum straw. The bottom of the cup is just the right diameter to use my immersion blender when I want to crush ice in my protein shake, and the lid secures without leaking when I want to just mix my drink by adding ice cubes and shaking it. Recommend this cup!

I was looking for an insulated shaker to keep my milk cold, for a protein shake, a few hours after leaving the house. The Ice Shaker does just that! I also like the stainless steel construction. The actual cup doesn’t hold onto smells (when properly cleaned) but the cap is made of plastic just like a regular shaker, which may smell if not cleaned right away. That’s where the Ice Shaker loses a star.I think overall I’m satesfied with this product and would recommend to anyone interested.

This thing is amazing! I regularly make protein shakes and this works great. I've dropped it and even the plastic on top has stayed completely in tact--unlike so many of those plastic ones I've already been through. Plus, I experimented with some ice water to see how long it would last. 2-days later it was still ice cold, even with bits of ice in it! Stunning!

I'd rate 3.5 stars. Been using daily for water only for the past month. Above average, keeps drinks ice cold (I don't use ice typically, but water from the pitcher in the fridge stays cold) even when left in a hot car in the sun. Not ergonomically friendly if carrying by hand though; pretty heavy and thick (hand strain for petite ladies like me). I use a gummy bracelet (think those yellow Livestrong types) looped under the mouthpiece latch to have something my hand can grasp comfortably. Would love to see a handle like on Blender Bottles. The reviews that mention crossthreading the lid are true, too. Don't let anyone fill your water bottle unless they're aware of this... Sometimes it'll seep when I do it even, but a little care when putting the lid on will for the most part prevent it. A visual check is recommended to be sure you haven't crossthreaded the lid. Plainly visible worth the stainless steel one. Overall, decent - slightly above average for a water bottle, but kinda overpriced IMHO. I'll use it until the mouthpiece latch wears out or until (if) the cross threading issue worsens.
