Has no taste which is great and seems to help my immune system, which is all that I need to protect myself from imaginary illnesses that the media pumps 24/7. I wonder what ever happened to the flu? Strange how the 'experts' getting paid handsomely, never mention our immune system and how D3 is one of the best defenses.

I have been taking vitamin D3 pills for awhile now, and I was excited to finally try out some liquid D3. So, when I found this vegan version I had to try it!This came in clean, nice packaging, and a dark glass bottle for easy storage. The doses were easy to figure out with the handy guide, and the two of us could take our different doses without having to get different bottles with our separate IU's.The only thing preventing me from giving it a full 5 stars was the taste, which was oily, sweet, and rather strong. It said I could do under the tongue but I wonder if that wasn't the best way to take it. Iwill be experimenting to see if adding it to flavored drinks or food, like I see is also suggested, would dilute the weird taste for me. It also had me feeling more lightheaded, something I deal with already, which I wonder is because it was on an empty stomach.Overall, I like it and think it is worth switching from capsules to liquid if you're still not getting enough D3, need different doses at times, share with others, or have a hard time swallowing pills.

As someone who has struggled with Vitamin D deficiency I am so glad there are products that make taking a daily dose easier. Taking Vitamin D is pill form = Yuck. I am glad the drops make it easier to easily adjust my dose 5000-10000 IU depending on the year. Also so grateful this product is organic, I only wish it was available in a bigger size!

PEOPLE WITH HPV OR PEOPLE WHO ARE IMMUNE DEFICIENT. This an important review so read please. My vitamin D level was 21 and 3 years before it was 12!!! I had HPV 16 and 18 for a few years. The very first week i took The amount my doctor prescribed which was 2,000 units. I was Taking more. I thought I “overdosed” because i was So cranky and moody the whole first week. But the second week i started Feeling back to normal. So as far as mood changes that was my experience. After about 3 months, i had Another yearly done and the 16 and 18 were negative! But i was Still hpv positive. So I’ve been taking it for the last 6 months as consistently as i can And tomorrow i go Again. I have Not had a repeat blood test so i am not sure what my D is. Personally i feel This helped boost my immune system to fight off the hpv. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Just my testimony. I just Ordered my second bottle last week. Give it a try if you’re looking to improve your immune system.

I have been home-bound with health issues for over 5 years now, so I wasn't surprised that my vitamin D level was low when tested. It was severely low, actually. I chose this product to try because I have multiple food allergies and am chemically sensitive. I wanted a vegan source just in case I might react to lanolin, and I am allergic to tree nuts, so that made some of the other liquid drops off limits to me as well since they use almond oil as a carrier. I wasn't sure about the coconut oil in this product, but made the informed decision (with my doctor's blessing) to give it a try, starting slowly with only 1 drop at a time. Thankfully the coconut oil didn't bother me at all. I have been taking this product for 3 months now, slowly working my way up in dosages by increasing the number of drops I take. In that 3 months, my Vitamin D level has raised 5 points. I am thrilled by this, and plan to keep on taking this product, eventually working my way up to 6 drops, (again, with my doctor's approval) and to stay there for a while until I get where I want to be. The product tastes lightly of coconut with a slight metallic after-taste, but it is not unpleasant at all. My only complaint about this product is that the lid on the bottle leaks, and I almost always get the product on my hands when I shake it before use as instructed. In the grand scheme of things, I can live with that, and I keep the bottle in a shot glass to catch any drips that I might miss. The bottle seems so tiny, but since you dose in drops, it lasts quite a while. I am so glad I tried this product. I'm sold on it!
