Good quality glass protection
My only issue with this product is that it doesn't cover enough of the real estate on my Nikon D90's 3 inch screen. Even after you get the product on as straight as possible, you may notice that the black bars on the side cover up a small sliver of the viewing area of the screen. Otherwise this product has incredible quality. The last glass protection I bought cracked just under the weight of the D90 and a 18-200 lens. This product hasn't cracked, scuffed, or even scratched yet after about 3 weeks of good use. Very easy to clean also.

Fits the D7000 but factory quality control was poor on the first one I bought (dirty)
So I ended up returning the first one of these I bought and ordered a second one, which was perfect. Installation was easy enough but until I peeled the white back protective covering and stuck the glass protector on to my camera screen I could not have known (or saw) that there was a dirty film on the inner side of the glass protector until after it was already installed. Trying to peel it back off to clean it didnt work because by then some of the adhesive had been ruined. I ended up having to return it and order a second one. I have one of these protectors on another camera and didnt have this problem, and the second one of these I recived was fine, so its obviously hit or miss. I'd recomend peeling off the backing and holding the glass protector up to the light before sticking it on, so you can inspect it for a dirty layer of film. No point mounting a protector thats already dirty as the dirt's going to show up in front of every picture you look at on the screen.

Takes the abuse instead of your screen
I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it as a more functional and elegant but still protective alternative to the bulky and ugly plastic screen protector that comes with the D90.Pros:Effectively invisible - its glass so your screen looks the same as without a screen protectorBoth screens protected - also comes with a cover for the small LCD on the top that displays camera settingsSticky - I used mine for over a year and it never loosenedProtection - my screen protector broke when stressed (see below for the story) but the screen was like new underneathNo dust issue - the plastic screen protector has a gap between the screen and the cover where dust easily accumulates and makes the image look bad. This is in direct contact so it is easier to clean, and tends to need cleaning a little lessCons:Sticky - some sticky residue was left when the protector was removed, though only on the edges where it was not covering pixels (I removed these with rubbing alcohol)Cracked screen hard to remove - because this is glass, once you get a crack it tends to spider under stress such as removal. My single crack turned into dozens of cracks covering the screen protector during removal making the process somewhat more difficult, but by no means impossible. My story:I just bought a second one of these after my first cracked in the line of duty. I had been using mine for over a year, but while hiking in Yosemite last week I wanted to climb part way up a rock face to get a better angle for my shot. I was not paying as much attention to my camera as I should have been and the back carelessly swung into the rock. The screen protector cracked down the center, and a small chip from the bottom broke loose. I continued to use it for the duration of the trip and the crack did little to affect my ability to review photos and utilize live view. I took off the protector when I arrived home and found the screen underneath was like new. The only difficulties were that the screen crack propagated upon removal making the process more delicate, and that some of the edge stickiness was left on the camera. For me, this was a tiny price to pay in comparison to a cracked screen or the ugly plastic cover. This screen protector looks like there is nothing on the camera, but it clearly does its job when needed. I would highly recommend this product to protect your camera screen.

Wish I bought the original Nikon cover
I bought this thing because it had such a high rating on Amazon. I wish I just got exactly the same cover that came with my Nikon D90, which for some reason got rather poor rating. After I attached this GGS protector, I noticed that there was a small piece of dirt left on the inside of the cover. Removing this thing was not easy, and the screen got smudged with glue that holds the cover. I reattached it back and it looks OK, but I wish I just ordered the original cover, BM-10. The plastic might be softer, but it easily snaps on and off, and it is thicker, which means better protection. Besides, instructions for this GGS cover is written in poor English, and I don't think it's a good sign for any product.
