Update: please don’t waste your money. I cannot even use it anymore after less than ten times of use. It keeps diagnosing issues and I can’t log in.Old review:It gets hot very quickly and the screen isn’t vivid. But once connected to HDMI to watch videos on TV it’s fine. I bought it to play games, but it’s just a regular basic laptop. Tho it’s advertised as Gamer Laptop, it isn’t really. You get what you pay for, I guess. Also, shipping method wasn’t good. The outer box was all banged up and dented, made me really feel dubious about the health of my product. What if it had been dropped? And how many times?

I'ma start off to say this is not a gaming computer. Do not buy if your going to game on it. I tried to run fortnite on this but it was to laggy to get thru in the front page. Not to mention it took 6 hours to set up the computer! Downloading stuff on here is really slow. And the graphics are not that great. The keyboard was nice gotta admit that but that's pretty much it. If you want to game I recommend you to get a Xbox one instead.

The battery was a dud and wouldn't hold a charge while unplugged. This seems like a pretty major oversight when refurbishing electronics, and could have been avoided. There was also some damage to the casing, which wouldn't have mattered as much if it wasn't for the battery issue. I had to return the product.

This thing shat its self out after 6 months for no reason any of myself and my tech friends could honestly find and I know hardware, they know software. Also, no amount of fans could cool this thing. It could overheat in an industrial freezer I swear.

I liked the Lenovo brand; I had one that worked well for years; however, in reference to this particular one, after about one year I have nothing but problems. It turns itself off at random times, and then when I want it to shut down, it wont. there are other things that bother me about this laptop but I guess it's personal preference. I've just ordered another laptop and hope it arrives before this one crashes.

This computer is absolutely awful. It takes forever to open (on a brand new computer!), i's slow once open, you have to click everything 2 times for it to view, it doesn't load web pages clearly. It's the worst purchase ever - do not at all waste your money on this piece of junk. Will never purchase a Lenovo again.

I got this product a little over a week ago and out of the box it had nothing but issues. Specifically 'DEVICE STUCK IN THREAD DRIVER' crashes multiple times a day. I tried -everything- from hand reinstalling EVERY driver, to updating my BIOS, changing my power settings and finally decided to just return it because it was doing more harm than good.The age old saying is that you get what you pay for, and this is definitely the case. Also, don't bother trying to get it replaced, they'll just offer a return because since it comes from the Amazon warehouse, they can't do anything about the broken piece of crap they sold you. :)

It is exactly what it is claimed to be. Very happy.
