This was the best probiotic brand I’ve bought thus far! I used the cvs brand before trying this one off amazon. I take these for my arthritis pain and since switching I’ve noticed less pain. I can’t say for sure it’s related but it’s all I’ve changed. I first decided to buy this brand because it has two of the three strains I read were good for arthritis pain. I also like that it has zinc. The pill had the most probiotics and the ones of the best strain that I’ve found online or in a store. Super happy and have already recommended this to my mom for her health.

This product helped reduce my bloating, but was a little harsher on an empty stomach than I expected. The instructions say to take with food and I would highly recommend following that. An effective probiotic- I didn't notice any immune changes, but I don't doubt it works!

I took the Probiotics and did not feel a thing. I have severe stomach problems.
