Beautiful cup, came in great condition with good packaging.

This mug is HONESTLY, MY FAVOTITE! The "REAL" story is...this is a replacement one, because I loved THIS MUG SO MUCH, (when glitzy me broke the 1st one) my AMAZING, LOVING Husband surprised me, by replacing it! Yes, he found THE EXACT ONE! I am SO IN LOVE W/ the design, (butterflies are my thing)the weight of the mug is PERFECT, I prefer a size like this for tea/coffee, it can be microwaved OR put in a dishwasher, the handle fits my grip comfortably AND the lip on the edge is more suited to me. ( yep, I'm weird)

My mug that holds 16 oz. of black coffee finally bit the dust. I had a heck of a time finding a replacement that is not too heavy and actually holds the full 16 oz. of coffee--most others claiming that capacity mean if it's filled right up to the edge. I have included a photo with 16 oz. of coffee in the mug. Also appreciate that the cup is somewhat thinner and less heavy than most large mugs.

From the day she was born, my youngest daughter has been my Princess Butterfly due to her butterfly birthmark on the back of skull. Now, as an adult, I still keep an eye out for butterfly-themed “just because” gifts for her and this was the most recent one.Prior to this purchase, I had bought her a mug especially meant for tea (it has a strainer and lid), so this one has been allocated for hot cocoa. It is large enough to hold a double portion topped with a large dollop of whipped cream- it is great!The mug is very sturdy and the photos online don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. Definitely makes the perfect gift!!

Very disappointed. The mug shape and color are different from the picture. Very heavy and clumsy mug. The picture shows a finer rim and shape. Colors not nearly as vibrant. Sending back
