Hello, I ran this device for many hours today and here are the takeaways:~ Upgrading the latest T10 max ROM failed several times, using the various upgrade apps included.~ The OS navigation was sluggish (it’s a mod of a phone/table too) and also installing the KODI addons took literally minutes for them to appear within that app. My old HTPC used XBMC and was much swifter.~ The Youtube visual quality doesn’t favorably compare with a 2nd gen chromecast dongle (using the Smithsonian Channel HD documentaries for test)... GONG! This was inexcusable/dealbreaker.~ HDMI cable is too short, the length of the power supply cable is short as well. Oh yeah FWIW that remote sucks just as bad. The end. Really no use in keeping something that cannot compete with a dongle and the videostream app. Will try the conventional Amazon Fire TV with PLEX instead now. This unit has good specs., but it seems that there are defects in the unit. It freezes and must be rebooted to get it to work again, also the remote will not always turn it on or cut it off. Outside off those deal-breaking faults, it's appears to be a good unit. Because of that major defect in the operation of the device I will contact the manufacturer to resolve those issues. This also is an end of run for this pectoral unit, which always can be a problem.

I really wanted to like this TV box as I have another TV box by TICTID. I might have just got a bad one as it constantly would exit many apps and when turning on it did not always save the settings. When it worked it was by far better than many of the other boxes that I have owned over the years. I ended up returning this and purchasing the TICTID K12 Pro Android 6.0 TV Box Amlogic S912. I stuck with TICTID because what they sell pretty much have good reviews and as I said bought the MXQ Pro from TICTID which at the time was a really nice TV box.

It a good box. Had to reboot due to frozen screen here and there, but no different from the amazon fire stick!Update 7/18/2017-1/13/18 Update - both T10Max etnernet failed. I am not able to connect via RJ45 cat5 port. It just stopped working. Tried everything possible to fix or correct it. All attempts failed. I concluded the T10Max is defective and warrenty is expired. Not even 12 month old. I stronly suggest to stay away from this model. Wifi does work, but ethernet is better to stream.
