Im giving them as gifts to anyone who has neck pain. It's 100% gonna work if you have a sore neck in the mornings. But you have to train yourself to sleep on your back. I love a soft messy pillow, this is not that, but it is very comfortable.

It is quite heavy and somewhat wide. So repositioning it in the bed is a little difficult. But it is very supportive.

It wasn’t for me but my friend loves it!
I tried to use this pillow in several different ways and it was not comfortable for me. A friend of mine was looking for a new pillow and she used it but she turned it upside down and she loves it. So I guess it depends on what you need and I needed some thing that would form more to my neck so this didn’t work for me. So it wasn’t a total waste because now my friend has a new pillow.

They are so comfortable and help with my neck pains. I am able to sleep through night comfortably it does not impact on my neck like regular pillow does.

Starts out ok
When laying on my back, the pillow felt like it was really supporting my neck and I thought I would sleep all night! I woke up two hours later with pain in my neck!I think you could use this pillow for about an hour to stretch your neck, but don’t fall asleep on it!
