Milwaukee 2532-20 M12 Pro PEX Expander Tool with 1/2 in. - 1 in. RAPID SEAL Pro PEX Expander Heads

You know how it is with good tools—when they’re right, they make you want to work. This was my first-ever PEX expander and my first time using an expansion system, and I’m genuinely impressed. I put this tool straight to work and ended up installing thousands of feet of PEX in the first couple weeks. It didn’t just “get by”—it made the job feel efficient, repeatable, and honestly kind of fun. The kit is excellent. It’s one of those rare sets that actually feels complete—everything you need to get started, organized well, and ready to go. The tool itself is powerful and consistent, and it makes clean, reliable expansions without constant fussing or babying. Once you get your rhythm, the workflow is fast and the results feel professional. I also really appreciate the ergonomics and overall build quality. It feels like a serious, jobsite-ready tool that’s meant to be used hard. If you’re new to PEX expansion (like I was) and want a setup you can trust on day one, this is a fantastic buy. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

excellent

I love it. Makes plumbing go so much faster.

A must for PEX A and working alone. Costly but works well. Perfect each time. Makes quick work. Quality.

It is not worth messing around with manual expanders. One of the main draws of PEX-A is being able to work easily in tight spaces without a flame. This tool makes it happen. Small enough form factor and large trigger to get up where you need it. Delivers a reliable expansion every time with the auto-rotating head. Comes with grease for the cone and a really nice case which stores everything you need to get the job done.
