Yes, I have successfully used the dock with 3 monitors: 2 DP and an HDMI. I use an HP Elitebook 840.

Will this work with Envoy x360?

The docking station will work with any usb-c enabled device. However, you must update the video driver from the manufacturer site as well as the display link driver for the docking station. If you fail to do both the devices and monitor will probably not function correctly.

Is this dockstation compatible with Macbook Pro 14' M2 year 2023?

According to the specs if you have a thunderbolt connection it should be. But if you have all MacBooks you might be better off getting a MacBook dock.
