Rollator Walker for Seniors with Seat Foldable and No-Assembly Adult Mobility Walker, Gold

I am very happy with this rollator. Very easy to handle alone, light weight, No major assembly required.Very comfortable and closing the rollator is very simple. I'm very pleased.

I loved this walker.I only needed it for a few months because of an injury...but it will be kept and stored for any use in the future.It's excellent with the way that it can be brought in to make it narrower trough right spaces. You do this by lifting the seat with the strap handle...very easy to do...when you are through the space...just press the seat back down to snap back in place! It folds all the way down as well for transportation!The seat is large enough for a larger plus size body and very very sturdy! The adjustable height is great.I am 5'4" and it is perfect. Hubby is 6'1" and fit him too. I'm really happy I spent a little more for this. I believe it's worth it!

This walker is great for Rough Terrain, grass and most bumpy surfaces.But I had to return it for 2 reasons. 1. the back legs were to long for me. I'm 5' 1.5" as was the seat too high. 2. Where the bag is located was extremely difficult the use and remove/attach. It required me to bend. I have a bad back - hence the need for a walker and I am unable to bend without pain. Attaching the bag required sometime to slip the loops in place.

I had a problem with the first walker that I received, of course, beyond the 30 days return policy from Amazon. They refused to help but put me in touch with the manufacturer who arranged for a hassle free return in a timely fashion. Their customer service rep that I worked with, Monica, was extremely responsive and helpful. My new walker arrived as scheduled and since then, it has been awesome to use. Easy to fold/unfold and light enough that I can lift it with only one hand in/out of the back of my car. Only word of caution....when you pull the handle to fold the walker in half before folding the handles down, don't lean on the handles. The handles will start to fold down if you are not careful. Other than that? I love my Koosom Rollator!!!! I can go anywhere with it (especially through rougher terrain like grassy areas) much easier with the larger front wheels. Seat is comfy too!

For the time being,I can no longer drive.I love to swim in local high school pool which is About a half hour walk away.I am a bit vain and didn’t want to look old( I am 81) as I walk to the pool. This is a sturdy ,safe,comfortable class act .I love it . I did not have to give up swimming. It moves at a quick pace and helps me to walk briskly if I choose. Also,I can stand straight when I walk due to adjustable handle bars. I am 5 eight.

I fell in love with this walker, however it didn’t last long. These walkers have an innate problem with their locking mechanism. After a couple of weeks, the locks began to give problems. They did not align any longer and therefore opening and closing the walker was not something that I could deal with in my condition so unfortunately, I had to return it. Hopefully they’ll fix the problem. It’s a good walker, but not with its current locking issues.

My husband loved this rollator and it WAS pretty user friendly for the two months he used it. Now it won't unfold and he can't use it. The pins are stuck. We are one month past the refund closure date! How to contact the manufacturer for trouble-shooting? So frustrated and disappointed.6/6/22We've increased our rating of this item from 1 to 3 stars due to our work around. Amazon was quite helpful and willing to refund us for about $60 less than we paid. We found Koosom's customer service info on their PDF and contacted them. They responded in a day with little help. We tried a few squirts of WD40 in and around the stuck pins and after a few minutes, they worked themselves free and we were able to unfold it. The rollator works like a charm now. So glad it worked out with not much effort. It would have been helpful for Koosom to suggest this when we contacted them. Now we carry a small container of WD40 in its attached bag just in case. Don't want to be panicked or stranded again.FYI: [email protected]

Very very easy to use out of the box. I wish I had it sooner, it’s a great surprise in quality and how sturdy it is. I’d recommend to anyone who is looking for one of these!
