Great band and price. I wrap this around my back when I do push ups to get a little bit more resistance out of them. I would not recommend this for pull up assistance as the resistance(15-35 lbs) is too low for anyone needing help with pull ups. However, you can use this for a multitude of other exercises.

Did not work almost at all. My son has very light hair and they barely left any color on him and he has quite long hair to drag it through. Tried light and firm pressure. Nope.

This product worked PERFECTLY on my friends that used it and had light colored hair! Unfortunately I have dark brown hair and the color didn't show up at all :( BUT I highly recommend it for lighter hair types

These bands are a great buy for the price. They are as good as any other loop band I have used .

Use it almost every workout for Core or Explosion!!
