It works and it is indeed comfortable to use
A faithful copy of the Evoluent line of mice. Great ergonomics. Bought this one because the Evoluent costs so much and only lasted a year before the left button failed.Right out of the box the scroll wheel of this Nanokk mouse malfunctioned. I slowly rotate the wheel down and the actual scroll output varies between actually moving the page down AND moving the page up. I tried it in Firefox, Outlook, and Visual Studio. Grrrr. Scrolling is very important for my workflow.FYI: the "manual" for this mouse has a typo on the first line "YSB" instead of "USB". Nice.EDIT: strangely enough after using the mouse for week the scroll wheel no longer scrolls in the wrong direction. I'm guessing pushing down the wheel to middle click put it back into gear. It's still a crappy plastic scroll wheel (I'm a huge fan of the Logitech G500's metal wheel) but at least it works!EDIT 2: constantly failing as of 4/21/2017. Took it apart. Problem is with the thin wires inside the USB cable itself. Specifically where the cord meets the mouse the wires appear to have degraded and have intermittent signal connectivity depending on how cord is angled/twisted. In other words: play with the cord and lights out.

which I love, started acting funny after about two years
I wish there were a wireless version. This is a knockoff of the much more expensive Evoluent mouse. My Evoluent, which I love, started acting funny after about two years, but I didn't want to spring for another one if it wasn't going to last longer than that. The wheel to the Nanokk is stiffer, and obviously it's not wireless, which bugs me because I like to use the mouse in different positions and the wire gets in the way. Also this only has two buttons instead of three, like the Evoluent. That's fine. I didn't use the bottom one anyway.

DO NOT BUY.....
The worst implementation of a 'knock-Off"The Original Mouse is from Evoluent, this is a Knock-off of that. These guys have copied everything except 2 things on the Physical Aspect of the deviceOriginal has 3 buttons and a Click wheel, this one has just 2 click buttons and a wheel, I guess this is how they were able to beat the patent...(Pics Attached of the Real Mouse)Second is the chrome finish to where your thumb rests.. I guess the money required for the Chrome finish was not available.BUT all this does not really matter, because, they did not spend any money on the internals. The Pointer on the screen kept on jumping all over the screen, with the mouse stationary... not being touched. not for a little while, but a long time. When used, I would click in a box in Excel, and it would select something else.... Real Freaking frustrating. Had to put it back in the box it came in within 30 mins of opening it...

The build of this mouse is horrible. When turning the scroll wheel
The build of this mouse is horrible. When turning the scroll wheel, it actually shifted sideways and ran into one of the buttons, lifting it up, and getting the wheel stuck (there is no wheel-tilt control functionality like on some other mice, so there is no reason for it to tilt other than a poor build). Also, the wheel would only turn in one direction, and only with great effort in the other one. The buttons themselves are extremely flimsy and one of the thumb buttons didn't have a click to it when pressed while the other one did, an inconsistency which makes no sense.
