Exceptionally expensive but the form factor and metal weights made it worthwhile. I am 5'10 with a balanced build so this fits well and has two straps to keep it from moving around too much.I prefer using this on the elliptical and running up hills - not too much of a fan yet for straight running. It is not too hard on the shoulders and causes less pain as I've gotten use to wearing it.I highly recommend this if you're into calisthenics or just want to burn some more calories in your busy day. While I believe this would be a better deal under $200 I'm giving it 5 stars. It carries 100 pounds comfortably and (at least for now) has been very durable.

I shopped around a bit for the weight vests, and came upon this product. The vest is very well made, pockets are sturdy and each holds a 3 lb. weight. The shipment came in three different boxes due to the weight. The freight was a little steep, but considering the weight, reasonable. The vest arrived in less then a week. It is very easy to use, we have used it for weight dips, weighted pull ups, and weighted body weight squats. The vest I recieved and ordered was 100 lb model, but it can be expanded (it has pockets) to add another 40 lbs. Overall, very happy with the vest, compared to other products, the pricing was, good, and the construction is very good.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT IT. I tried returning my product and I came to find out that the shipping is not prepaid to ship back. The cost of shipping it back is about the same amount of money you paid for the product because of the weight of it. I only had it for one day and they would not pay the cost of shipping it back. The product is way too bulky and it is a challenge to get on. It literally looks like you have a bomb strapped to your chest. I insist that you do not buy it unless you're absolutely sure you want it.

Worth every penny! So happy I bought this! It gives me a true workout! I add weight to match my heaviest point in life and workout at that point. Burn a ton of calories and lost 12 pounds in one week doing this. Great for long 10 mile walks or jogs! Very adjustable for any size guy. Cut a pool noodle on half and configure it for extra padding on your shoulders.

I'm an American working in South Korea and as such buying and getting things delivered here is quite the challenge. Not so with MIRWEIGHTEDVEST. I could not believe it when I received the shipment upstream a mere three days later. Nobody and I mean none of the major hitters in the internet business ever sent and delivered as fast as these guys. Now, about the product. It will fit anyone. Let me put it this way. It would fit Frankenstein if he choosed to get superfit. I am very impressed with the quality of the vest material and the weights are casted in the order of a black iron frying pan. That is, they'll probably be here long after your cousin Millie is gone. One word of advice is don't try to go too heavy too fast.

This vest is indeed heavy, and exactly what I was seeking with having the ability to adjust the weight.

Comfortable, durable, and fits myself (135 lb, 5'6 female) and my friend who is 230lb 6'2 male. Highly recommended this for weight training
