I am not disappointed - it is a really great product.I have minor pain in my lower back after sporting activities or jogging, so I decided to try this Back Support in order to ease the pain. I am 5'6" and 160 lbs so I got size M which fits perfectly and it is true to size. The Bauerfeind company also has a very good explanation how to measure and choose your size.I do not have any cons yet, but here are some pros:1. Very easy to put on and adjust if it is misplaced.2. Lightweight. When I get used to it, I do not feel it at all.3. Provides a great support for my lower back.3. Helps me keep right posture.4. It flattens my lower belly :)5. Almost not visible under clothes and makes me look a little bit slimmer :)6. The most important thing to me - it helps with my lower back pain.Not sure how it works, probably because of little gel nubs massaging my lower back but it works as a pain reliever.
