I purchased this product a few months ago, it was a breeze to get set up and on my wireless network I have ATP ceiling mounted commercial grade POE WAP, I gave the device a static ip address in the router. It started out working fine the network video recorder had no problem adding the camera. However within hours it consistently drops its main feed and sub feed, Sometimes days will go by before it reconnects itself, but most times you have to unplug it and plug it back in in order for it to pick up the signal from this camera again. I think it's a good idea's, but I will end up using a cat6 line with poe to it, the wireless has a poor quality radio it seems.

The product works very well, the picture and the recordings are clear, and the interface is well thought-out; but the reason for this review is to comment on the amazing support. I had problems setting up the camera, which were nothing to do with the camera itself, but were network and SD card problems. Titathink went out of their way to help me solve these problems, there were extremely helpful. Highly recommend as product, and as support team!

Excellent product if your looking for a discreet security system. mini hidden camera is what I need
I have 2 of these in my home, I purchased the 1st one directly from their site and used it to protect my house, I purchased the 2nd one after experiencing the quality of camera and their support service - I always got quick and helpful response when I had questions with the camera.The camera is small and discreet, you have to know this hidden security camera is a two-piece system comprised of an image sensor unit and a receiver unit. The two are interconnected by a 20 feet flexible cable. I hided the image sensor unit at the blind corner of bookshelf and hided the receiver unit behind the books, nobody will notice it. There are no give away lights or sound so it really is discreet and you could still see enough to know what was happening. I recommend this camera if you want to watch something in or around your house if you suspect anyone entering the house is up to no good.HD video quality is pretty good compared with other brands of hidden security cameras, clean and sharp. You won't find a camera this small with better quality video than this one. I did a couple quick tests with the motion detection and alarms, and that all seems to work well. Camera records video to a micro SD card which isn't included so I purchase a 32GB SD micro card which is good for the time, it's loop recording by default and you can modify its recording segment, this is useful function for me.To my credit, this camera has its own softwares for different platforms. "'Camera Live" software for Windows or Mac OS can be used for camera discovery, camera set up and live viewing of one or multiple cameras simultaneously, phone app "Anyscene" and web interface. Most of practical functions can be found at the app, it's friendly for the average user. It also provides a web interface that contains all settings & options which is good for me.This is a trustworthy product, no unneccessory functions and accessories, it's easy to use if you follow the quick guide to complete the setup.

Stable on Ethernet
Came with everything I needed. Used it as a peephole camera. Wish there was a way it could be Skinner on the cone so I could push it further into the peephole. As it stands my peephole only uses about half of the video area. Not really the fault of the product. Used it on Ethernet. Several months no issues

Sorta Works
It works, but is a pain in the ass. The network interface is finicky both wired and wireless. It loses connectivity requiring a power cycle to restore.

Great for a little camera more than I tough
Exellent I try it for a week it worked good now I have it on stanby to make a better and hide instalation in my living room will edit when it will be done

Not pleased
Wasn’t easy to install. Very difficult. Directions were not easy. Also the company support was a help either. Sending it back as soon as I can.

I am impressed. Very good build quality. Thorough and comprehensive instructions supplied, with only minor and easily to overcome translation issues. Excellent support section on website.
