## Overview

The Franmara Champagne Opener (#7460) combines a satin nickel finish with a rubber-perforated handle for a secure grip and safe cork removal. Designed to capture the cork before wire muzzle breakage, it ensures injury-free, controlled opening while preserving champagne bubbles. Compact and elegant, it’s a must-have for sophisticated celebrations.

## Description

Open signature champagnes and sparkling wine at elegant events and special occasions with the Franmara Swiftturn chrome-plated champagne opener! This champagne opener enables you to gently turn the bottle instead of the cork, ensuring safer extraction with greater control. With this control, you can ease the cork out to preserve the bubbles in the wine and prevent injuries related to flying corks. Start by removing the foil covering and raising the wire eyelet. Holding the opener perpendicular to the bottle, firmly squeeze the teeth into the cork. While firmly gripping the opener, move the eyelet back and forth until the wire breaks. While holding the bottle around the shoulder, twist the opener and bottle in opposite directions. The pressure in the bottle will help push the cork out once twisting has started.

## Features

- Rubber perforations through the handle assure a positive non-slip grip.
- Prevents eye injury from flying champagne corks.
- Cork is captured before the wire muzzle is broken and twisted.
- Satin nickel finish. Sleek, elegant, and safe.
- Dimensions: 4.5" x 3".

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this work on plastic corks?**
A: The product is terrific with regular corks, but I always remove the foil first ( carefully so cork doesn’t explod). I never tried a plastic cork but I don’t see wjy it won’t work as long as the opener can hold the plastic cork firmly

**Q: Does this come in a box?**
A: Yes, this Franmara Champagne Opener comes in a cardboard box (on the bottom) with a plastic cover (on the top)

**Q: How dose it work?**
A: Place the device over top of the cork and squeeze. Air will be introduced to the bottle and it will be easy to pop the cork. It's amazing and works 100% of the time! I have multiple of them! The actual opener is high quality and has made my life simpler, because that is what I drink!

**Q: Has anyone tried it on Ballatore Champagne? I ordered a different one and it doesn’t work.**
A: 73 year old mother in law loves this. Easy for her to use, works every time. Would recommend for anyone who might be challenged by pressure pushing cork out. Bought 3 , one for her, one for me, and one for travel.
