So I've been using this bottle for the last month and loving it!!! Out of all the reviews I've read on bottles like these this one had the best feedback! The heat never came through... and it seemed like a great buy! Until this morning, I was getting ready for work and as usual I had my bottle sitting on my dresser and all the sudden I heard a loud pop! Looked around didn't see anything, but when I picked it up in noticed the liquid start to fill the insulated portion of the bottle... looked at the bottom around the tea infuser and it had cracked all the way around the bottom! I was soooo disappointed. Been doing the same routine for the last month or more... see photos :( don't know if I'll end up getting another one cause I don't want to risk this happening again

This tea tumbler works great. I purchased another more expensive tea tumbler and there is no difference in quality and function between the two.I liked the fact that KSL Holdings followed up on my order to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I really like this tea infuser, it is really cute and keeps my tea cold/warm for a long time. It does leak sometimes but only when I do not screw the cap on tight enough. Great buy !

I LOVE THIS! It fits so fell in my backpack, and car cup holder. The tea infuser workers perfectly with the loose green leaf tea I usually drink on the go. Must have for tea lovers. Also, the quality is incredible for the price, it is comparable to $30 bottles I have purchased in the past.
