Independently published Understanding The British: A hilarious guide from Apologising to Wimbledon

There are some really good books about England and the English, for example, Katie Fox's 'Watching the English', however this book is not one of them. It's poorly written, rellies on tired clichés and worst of all not even funny. A pity, and waste of £9.99.

Bought it for our son-in-law. He's using it as a manual. Hilarious!

Bought for a pen friend in New Zealand. It's written with humour and is so true of us as a nation.

I just moved to London from the US and my coworker sent me a link to this book. The author is sharp, hilarious, and manages to seamlessly go from complex issues like brexit to crisp sandwiches. So relatable yet surprising.

Very witty, and funny read. As his other book, 'uneasy rider's was.
