For child size knees only
I presumed from looking at the photo that TWO pads were included (there is only one). I think they were designed by a one legged child. Child because they are too narrow for a 200 lb man and I assume they expect you two use them with your knees together. Try working under a sink like that

The pads are ok as long as you can position yourself on one pad. The section between the 2 halves is killer
