Q: Can be cut out placed on a porch light to change the color effect?

They should do just fine. These are made to color filter for camera lighting so they're mostly made for that. Just make sure you peel the protective coating from both sides and don't have it resting on the bulb or it will melt. I used them to melt and warp for cosplay pieces and they def have a lower melting point so be careful.

Q: Can these be used as a faux stained glass ?

Maybe. They don’t really cling that well.

Q: Can they be cut with a Cricut?

The Cricut Maker 3 can cut up to 2.4mm. These sheets are 0.3mm. I just got a Cricut, so I'm glad you suggested this.
