Works well. Adjustment is straight forward. Only drawback is the pivoting pieces the monitor sits on is a plastic bearing.

Mounting kit (wall anchors and bolts) have no grip and sill spin uselessly in the sheetrock. Buy your own hardware. Virtually no up and down range, gas piston very hard to adjust to maintain the 2" of up down range the arm has.

This is a great wall mount. Comes with all the hardware needed and clear instructions. Fit perfectly with my 32 inch TV. Good range of motion. It feels very sturdy. I would definitely recommend it.
