Delivery was blazing fast. The book is very nice for beginners. And it should be read in conjunction with other books available in the market. The translation of every Sanskrit word in the shlokas makes this book a gem in your collection. And also it understands the correct meaning of the Sanskrit words, while other books have some glaring mistakes in converting the meanings. It could have been better organised in terms of technique headings, which could've been used. Overall, a must buy for any yoga sādhaka. 🙏
