Try different software like the win11 camera app. It sounds like a software problem.

Q: Can the webcam be attached to a mini tripod instead of the top of a monitor?

Yes - there is a threaded socket on the little stand

Q: any good for streaming to twitch?

Yes for someone starting out. My wife wanted to try streaming and this was her starter and was an inexpensive solution to the problem. Long term if someone is really into it you will probably want to upgrade… but who wants to spend £100 early on in case it doesn’t work out

Q: Does this support Xbox one x and ps4???

It has a usb so will fit pc and Xbox one s also
