Review: Cheap but did the job - Cheap and flimsy. Worked for my 2.5 year old toddler. It came folded in half and left a crease where it was folded. We had to make adjustments to the straps, which were just elastic bands because it wouldn’t stay on my toddler. But it was good for one night out trick or treating but I don’t expect it to last.
