this is such a great item.
this is such a great item.....but when it arrived, it smelled HORRIBLY of the rubber or whatever the synthetic material is. I had to really let it sit for a while before using it, because I am sensitive to chemical smells, and it's right by the nose when you're using it around your neck. The material on the cover is SUPER soft, and the neck ring itself is very practical. Just wishing the chemical smells weren't an issue

Best product for sore necks
This product is very well made with a lot of attention to detail. It is a sturdy U shaped hot water bottle with a tight fitting screw on lid. The cover material is especially soft and well stitched. It is easy to remove for cleaning if necessary. The hot water bottle with this cover holds heat for a good thirty minutes and is extremely comforting for sore necks. Highly recommend, and I don't usually write reviews, but this one was worth it.
