I don't review many items but I felt compelled to review this. Let's start with the packaging. The packaging is very good. Each individual pod is individually sealed. I think this helps keep the product fresh and tasting decent. The problem with the pods are that the plastic that holds the coffee is too tough. I don't think that the needle that pierces the pod is always capable of poking the pod thoroughly that's causing only a dribble of coffee to get through. I've wasted more than half of the pods because they did not work correctly in my Nespresso. I have purchased other third-party vendor pods and have been very dissatisfied with these. It's too bad because when the pods do work well the espresso has a great quality taste to it. I will not plan on purchasing these in the future due to the fact that half of them did not function properly.AddendumThe seller contacted me immediately after my review and gave me a full refund on the product. I do not do reviews often and I don't do them especially when companies request for me too. This was not requested this is completely on my own because I've been drinking espresso for 10 years and this is by far the best I have ever had. I used to drink a Nespresso and I actually returned them as soon as I got this order in and tasted the difference. It's smoother, creamier, and way better quality overall. I will never go back to drinking any other and best part is it's actually cheaper in price!

Good outer packaging with excellent Italian writing and pleasant retro designs. By the application of hot water, the capsules produce a darkish substance tasting almost, but not quite, entirely unlike espresso coffee. No effort is required in the insertion and ejection of capsules from the two Nespresso machines we own.At the cost of 60%-70% of Nespresso (Original Line only), Hardy Coffee is an acceptable substitute if one is content with approximation in taste. There is nothing wrong with compromise in the price/quality matrix, and if one is satisfied, that is all that matters. My wife (Californian) said her first and only try tasted like instant, which I though was too harsh a judgment; I (Italian from Milano) thought it unremarkable and rather weak, but I am oriented toward stronger brews with a lot of oomph. I doubt it would be called a true "espresso" by taste experts.Boittom line:YOU are the only taste expert that matters. If you try and enjoy it, you can easily substitute or mix this for the real Nespresso and save a few dollars a week. Personally, I wanted to like it but didn't. But anything less that three stars would be unfair and too subjective.Worth trying.PACKAGING NOTEInside each box, there is an inner sleeve of 10 capsules ordered in a rigid, pre-breakable plastic liner. On top of this is a foil sealing in the aroma. The breaking off is easy; but while peeling the foil I punctured my thumb against one of the sharp corners of the rigid plastic.

I've tried many nespresso compatible pods and this one is by far the best that I've had. The pods are slightly different than the aluminum pods that nespresso offers- they are plastic (the only part that I do not love) with an aluminum seal across the top. They have worked flawlessly in our citiz machine. The coffee is fantastic. Each pod comes in an individual sealed package (kind of bulky, see photo) which ensures that your coffee is super fresh. These produce as much as if not more crema than my machine-brand pods, and I find the flavors much more enjoyable. Definitely a good find-- worth trying! I doubt I'll use much besides this brand in the future.

I've tried several brands of nespresso compatible pods (we just moved from the UK and the nespresso ones cost double here!) and always disliked them so I didn't expect much from these. However, I actually really like these and have ordered 4 times now. The coffee is rich and smooth and I think tastes just as good as nespresso (I might even like it better). I tend to use all nespresso pods (regardless of type) as a lungo shot and did find with these ones I had to recalibrate my machine to make the lungo shot a little shorter as this coffee isn't quite as strong as nespresso, so it tasted a little watery. I also found I had to add a little less cream, which is probably for the best anyway! Once I recalibrated the machine to pour a slightly shorter shot (a little over 3oz), this coffee turned out delicious and a totally satisfactory alternative to nespresso.One thing I really dislike, though, is the packaging. I keep my nespresso pods in a wicker basket beside the machine and these don't quite look right there, with the giant plastic 'shell'. This probably sounds overly dramatic but for me it detracts a from the 'niceness' of the coffee experience when I have to open up the plastic wrapper. It hasn't stopped me from buying these but might stop me from making them my exclusive coffee choice - now I buy them alongside the original nespresso pods (which I buy in Canada, as they're much cheaper there).

WOW! This is one of the best Nespresso compatible coffee pods I have had yet. However I couldn't figure out at first the way they were packaged that they were packaged individually. Once I figured it out and you take them out of their individual packages do you actually smell like it's fresh ground coffee beans. This is a very good coffee. So happy Amazon is carrying this. I'm sure I will buy this product again. ☕️👍🏼9/24/17 I ordered this product again the second time around and have received it. Absolutely love this coffee it is worth it to buy it. I will order again. No better taste just a delightful cup of coffee.

Confezione molto ben curata... Le capsule sono confezionata in un dispenser 5 capsule x dispenser ed è semplicissimo aprirlo... Segui l adesivo e voilà fatto... Le prenderò sicuramente di nuovo... Il caffè è molto buono e nessuno si accorge che è un caffè decaffeinato... Ottimo direi... Massima votazione non esitate a comprarlo vi lascerà veramente soddisfatti...

Mi sono fidata dell altra recensione volevo un prodotto diverso dal solito nespresso..qualcosa,di Bio...purtroppo non ne vale la pena...è un caffè insapore..acquoso..soldi buttati...poi ha un confezionamento assurdo per tenere 60 tipo blister delle pastiglie ..per cui occupa un sacco di spazio

ottimo caffè.... avevo gia avuto il piacere di provarlo a milano... ovviamente in polvere al bar lo si apprezza di più... comunque non ha deluso le mie aspettative

La migliore miscela possibile ... finalmente il miglio caffè di Milano arriva in casa di ciascuno di noi.Assolutamente da non perdere e da provare anche le altre miscele

Il prodotto lo conoscevo.. molto buono . Peccato che il corriere ha lasciato il pacco in giardino sotto la pioggia. Non proprio un genio
