Georgia's back and in fine form once more! Having given the Italian Stallion an ultimatum, Georgia must suffer indignities and cakeshop agonies while pining away about being just his "mate". Having pals who are happily paired off makes things even more difficult, not to mention the continuing embarrassment of Mutti and Vati and Bibbs. Add into the mix the true heroes of the book, Angus and Gordy, who are always good for a laugh. And speaking of laughs, Dave the Laugh is back with his soulful eyes and charming banter and what's a girl to do?Once again, I found myself literally in tears over Georgia and her escapades. Rennison has captured the desperation of love, the self-absorbed worry of teen life, and the hilariosity of everything and made yet another truly funny book. I hate how fast these books go because then I'm simply waiting for the next one! Furry Shorts leaves us on a MAJOR cliff-hanger that has me waiting with jelloidosity. Highly recommended for lots of laughter and fun!

It's edgy. Would not recommend for pre-teens. I was concerned it would get too salacious. It's amazing she does as well as she does with such little coaching from her parents. I often laugh out loud to the surprise of all around me in waiting rooms. ...If that is where I'm reading it. It is great for teenagers, young adults, or adults that need to read and don't want to. But only if they have a sense of humor.

This book arrived but it looks like it’s been badly treated. The cover looks like it’s been ran over. It seems to have some water damage and a lot of the pages have been crinkled and shoved. Not satisfied with this product.

Once again, I am away laughing on a fast camel from reading about the hilarous antics of Georgia. This 7th book in the series does not disappoint, and leaves the reader wanting more. Ohm the hilariosity of it all! I must go down to the disco for some viking disco dancing now!

My daughter just loves these books so much that we also bought the movie. We have watched the movie at least a dozen times and she is sharing the books with me and her friends.

Fans of Georgia and The Gang won't be disappointed with this book in Louise Rennison's series. I met the author at a local convention once and told her I actually think these books should be given out on prescription as an antidote for depression! They never fail to entertain and get one laughing out loud. A gift for my grown-up daughter, I just had to read it before wrapping it up! Strangely (or maybe not) these books appeal to both younger readers and their mothers alike (probably because us mums think back to our own school days, and realise just how similar our lives were to Georgia's back then!) Another Great Read.

My 13 year old daughter absolutely loves all Louise Rennison's books. They are perfect for young teens and I love the fact that Louise Rennison is born and bred in Brighton so the book isn't full of Americanisms. Made me laugh out loud even if my husband didn't like references to snogging etc., but it's all in the writing and nothing worse than they will hear at secondary school anyway.The CD's of the books are great for listening to at bedtime on on long journeys.

I got the first book off of my 13 year old daughter who wanted to whole series...had to check it out and could not put them down...made me feel like a teenage again...if you like the film AGNUS THONG AND PERFECT SNOGGING you'll love these books..the film was slightly muddle up and I did prefer the book version..so if you want a long read get the whole series by Louise Reminson you teenagers will love them...SO DID I...LOL

Very good read. My early teen daughter thought that all of the books in this series were great and she swapped them all with her friends. Easy to read trials and tribulations of growing up.
