A: depends on what medium you are using. Most people don't use washed coco. or use pre-amended soil and have no idea how much nutrients are already in it. or aren't watering enough or don't have ideal humidity so the plant drinks more and gets burned. if there isn't enough water it will become more concentrated. there are 100 reasons why growers make mistakes. Almost every single nutrient line could be amazing if used properly and at the right doses for what the plant genetics ask for. Most of the time it's grower's error. Better to go lighter on nutrients then too heavy. Plants will hurt less and bounce back faster with a deletion rather than abundance of nutrients.
