Great chair.. Except .....
The quality of this chair is amazing! The cushions are of great quality, and the ergonomic features are nice. My only complaint are the scratches on the chair base and the cracked/broken plastic piece in the picture yield 4 stars instead of five .

Great Chair for the Office or Home
Super product at great price.This chair was very easy to assemble. It arrived in good time with no problems.It has beautiful look and it is super comfortable.I have neck issues and I work from home so I needed a comfortable chair to work in. I can work all day in this chair and I feel no discomfort in my neck.This was the best buy I made for my office.I would definitely recommend it.

FRUAD. CHEAP POS - SEE PICTURE. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP.
Chair makes alot or noises. The padding is already starting to get uncomfortable after less than 90 days.The actual "leather" is paper thin. I'm right handed - the picture you see is not from any cutting. I do not have any animals. This is literally from me repositioning my arm bekg flat into an elbow on the arm of the chair.It's a rip off. Stay away. I wish I could return this POS. People who make this should be ashamed. I feel ripped off.

It looks good and feels good
It looks good and feels good. But there are serious noises from both armrests. Whenever I put my weight on the armrests, I can hear noises. I tightened bolts and nuts but it didn't go away. The noises are coming from the structure inside. I really want to return but it's too much work to return. If it got worse then I have no choice but to return....

Excellent product
I just received my chair last week.This came to me in excellent condition. The chair was pretty easy to put together.It took just 10 min.I love the design of the chair .It really looks great.It is so comfortable and provides great back support. I have back problems and no matter how long I am in this chair my back feels good.

Nice firm, high back chair
Bought this for my husband office and he loves it. It replaced an office chair that was more cushioned and would rock way back. After some back pain issues he switched to this and he hasn't complained since. It's firm so it keeps you well supported in an upright position. He also likes that you can adjust the tension on the rocker part of the chair.
