Lack of usable instructions make it worthless.
Too bad this item came without useable instructions. It clearly says it supports 5 and 12 volts but then says 12 volts on the product. I cannot get it to do anything with either 5 or 12 volt 2811 less. Waste of money until they document how to use it.
