Add pads and these are GREAT!
Our little rescue dog has a number of health issues and has bladder control issues from time to time. I bought these washable diapers and they work great. Don’t bother buying the adhesive ‘wee pads’ to go in them though. They are just a wad of filler wrapped in a paper fabric with adhesive on the back. No protective plastic or special absorbent filling. As a result, she was soaking wet and the washable diaper leaked. I ended up going to the store and buying a box of women’s bladder control pads to use with the diapers and it works great. She’s small so I bought the smallest, thinnest pads I could find. They’re cheaper and much more effective then the wee pads. They keep her dry and we’ve had almost no issues with leakage. Happy dog, happy dog person.Update: I continue to like these but would strongly recommend they switch the loops and hooks of the Velcro. Unlike some others I have ordered, these have the hooks on the tabs where they get caught in our girl’s hind leg hair and cause her discomfort. Another type has the sticky ‘hook’ Velcro on the back where it’s not going to get tangled in her hair. Not and issue for dogs with really short hair but a significant problem for our girl with her curly hair.

Nice "big girl pants" for your female dog
We recently adopted an 11 month old smooth collie. Unfortunately, she went into heat right before our scheduled pickup date. So, we need to wait through the heat cycle -- and deal with drops of blood/discharge -- until she can be spayed. We needed something right away so I bought some disposable doggie diapers at a local pet store. Based on our dog's wait measurement (23"), they should have fit -- but they didn't. Luckily, the store let us return the unused diapers when I showed them a picture of our 50 lb. girl busting out of diapers that were supposed to fit a German Shepherd. There are many washable doggie diapers on Amazon and they all look similar, but come in different colors and prices and are sold by different vendors. So -- why this particular set? They were not the cheapest (they were $23 in a range of $21 -$29 for this size), but they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee -- and I value that! They arrived promptly within the two day Prime scheduled delivery date and were worth the wait. They fit nicely and do not bind. The part that goes between the legs is nice and wide and catches everything. No more running around with a sponge to wipe up spots. The only improvement I would suggest is that the tail hole be a little bigger. It is not tight and doesn't bind when on, but it's a little bit of a trick getting the pants up over the fur. But -- I might also be getting better at getting the pants on now. if you stick your fingers through the hole and keep it expanded while pulling it up, it works better. Also -- our girl is getting less fussy about letting us put them on.All in all -- this was a good purchase for us.

Untrue that works for cats - at least not mine
Our little 7 lb., 11-year-old cat Suki loves me and likes to snuggle with me at night. When I get into bed, she comes purring and positions herself on my chest or burrows under the covers and rests her head on my arm. It’s sweet and cuddly.Lately, however, Suki has become a nocturnal threat. I'm talking wet bombs.I'm talking carpet puddles on the path to the bathroom in the middle of the night.I'm talking waking to wet sheets against my legs.I'm talking wet spots on MY pajamas.Turns out she has kidney disease.Something had to be done. I went where everyone goes for the best advice...the internet. ;-) I discovered pet diapers! I remembered that my friend uses some on her aging and incontinent dog. So I found the ones pictured here. But would they work on a cat? I wondered.Someone posted a question on the Amazon product page: “Need something for my incontinent elderly cat. Would these work?” Linda M. responded, “Absolutely, I've used them on my cat and they work great!” The vendor replied, “Hi yes of course they will work perfectly fine as long as they fit him well. Please make sure you choose the correct size ;)Try them out, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. Buy it with confidence.”I ordered some and tried putting them on my small dog first as an experiment. Putting them on him was easy-peasy., and my dog lounged about in them.So I headed off to the bedroom upstairs, diapers in hand. Suki greeted me warmly. I gave her a good dose of petting, neck-rubbing and cheek-stroking. I sat down cross-legged on the floor. Suki climbed into my lap. I put the end of her tail through the hole in the diaper. It flicked out. I put it back in. It flicked out. I held on to the tail in the middle and tried to stuff furry spaghetti through the hole.I dropped the diaper and plucked out claws embedded in my jeans.Maybe it would be better to cover the belly first and worry about the tail later. I flipped Suki over and quickly pressed the diaper against her belly.Dropped the diaper and disembedded claws from my shirt sleeve.Tried again.Slowly and carefully disembedded claws from shirt sleeve, jeans and front of shirt.Picked up diaper. Just managed to retrieve back end of screeching, flailing airborne Claw Machine.Shoved Claw Machine into lap where claws firmly embedded. Pressing Claw Machine firmly down through jeans, tried cooing lovingly to it. Received growling response.Engaged in all out “damn the torpedoes” warfare and somehow emerged victorious after 10 minutes. Relaxed hold and Claw Machine launched across the room and out to the hall.Set timer on Apple watch and retrieved iPhone to take picture of Suki in diapers. Stepped out in the hall. Too late.Total time elapsed with cat in diapers: 30 seconds.I don't know whether the diaper would have worked to capture the urine. If this product were only for cats, I would have given it 1 star, but since it was easy to put on my dog, I gave it 3. I am rating it poorly because the seller said it would work on cats. With their guarantee, I thought I would just return them if they didn't work. Returning is a hassle, however, even if everything goes smoothly, and the time for returning expired before I got it done. So if you have a cat...find another solution.

Quality
From the chart, I ordered small but had to return them for xs. XS fits better around the legs, butt & waist...perfectly, actually...except...it doesn't quite cover his weenie all the way, so now he drips or sprays in multiple directions. Then he looks back in shock, like, wth happened to my aim?! But I think they are well made, & like another reviewer, I think they may work better w/female dogs. Also, my dog is a yorkie-maltese-something-something mix & I can't say for sure which breed he favors more, but he has a long torso & a long neck. One more inch & these would be the bomb doggity for me! But I think his slightly elongated shape just doesn't work well with these. I'm not returning them, though. I gave them to a friend. The quality is there but realistically, no one can make something that fits every dog, only by using waist, etc. measurements, so I don't hold it against this product.

Very helpful at a very sad time
We got the 'lady pants' as our 15 1/2 year old lab/collie cross, Daisy, starting having seizures and wetting herself. Daisy was very particular and hated being wet so these pants turned out to be a godsend. They are easy to put on, remarkably absorbent and wash like a dream. After washing they only took a short while to dry on a radiator and I even put them in the tumble dryer when it was urgent.Sadly our dear old Daisy didn't need to wear her lady pants for long but they made the last few days of her life much more pleasant for her. Would highly recommend.

Great Product!
Fantastic product for dogs in season. Small size fits my cavapoo perfectly (she is on the slim side). Keeps house and dog clean, easy to put on and take off, soft absorbant material, easy to wash. 3 in a pack is perfect as you'll need a couple whilst one is washing. I ended up getting cheap human sanitary towels from tesco (about 2q0p per pack) and cutting them in half and sticking them on the inside. Keeps the nappy cleaner for longer and less smelly!

Truly life changing!
I have two little dogs who are both getting on in years and while they don't just squat down and wee (they have been house trained and these are not a substitute for that) they are having incontinence issues which isn't nice for them or us for hygiene reasons and also because we daren't previously take them visiting or anything in case they had an accident after one got a tad too excited on someone's carpet. Enter these fabulous pants. They stay on if put on properly, capture any accidents and have stopped me having nightmares about my house turning into some kind of doggy sewer. They can also go visiting etc with us having complete confidence that there won't be any embarrassing incidents! Absorbency isn't that great on their own but I buy the cheapest ladies incontinence products, cut them in half and they fit nicely and not too bulkily in the small pants and only need to be thrown if the pooch does have an accident so not a constant stream of pads in the bin. I don't put the pads on all the time - just times when the likelihood of an accident is there such as when I'm not right there in the room to let them out or when visiting. Had a few funny looks out and about but not as bad as the ones I'd get in the event of an unplanned wee! Wish these were around years ago to help with my last old doggy pal.

Measure guide skightly small
My girl is 14 years old. These are very comfy for her as she wears them in bed just incase of slight leakage. She sleeps longer while wearing them. They are well made, they arrive very quick. I ordered medium first as that’s what she measured from the guide but they where too small. I had no problem returning them and the money went straight back into my account so I purchased the large and they fit perfect. 5* from me and 5 * from China

5star plus well made padded side straps with strong Velcro size spot on
5star +I have a 6 yr old cocker spaniel and she has worn knickers since I've had her when in season u couldn't get any like this and had to cut old pairs of mine to tie on her and then the pet shops started selling these elastic triangle type with one thin waist strap that rubbed these are the best ever well padded and i use ladies pads in them but because these are so well padded and waterproof if they do mark or leak through pad just rinse by hand with washing liquid and they are clean but no outside leakage not like others and she is comfy in them the straps at sides have strong Velcro and are also padded so don't rub the leg line would def recommend she measured 20 waist and the med fit just right because if you go to big they tend to slip down thank u from a very happy spaniel
