Wife has a unit about 2 yr old which we really like so I bought a 2nd for myself. New unit does not have soft rubber grip, it is hard plastic. New unit has rotating switch, old has push button which is much nicer. I tried to return but seller refunded money instead; good seller. Looks like manufacturer changed design but description on web still for old unit. Seller gets 5 stars, mfg gets 2

It does not work turns on but the blade is not doing anything. The reason I purchased this item was because I had one for about 5 years and it just recently stopped working. Also it was made much better. So I thought if I brought the same one it would be ok . But that was not the case. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Also why do I have to give it a star rating when it don't deserve a star but if I don't rate it my review don't go through. So I have to give it one star but not because I want to.

I have used Micro Touches for years. They do wear out, which is fine, but this newfangled one is poor. It is under powered and doesn't seem to trim much of anything.

tried to shave with it. it broke and got stuck in the hair. piece of garbage.

Have used these for years. So handy with less pain then plunking ! Life saver.
