Update: Water mixing valve was defective on my product
Update: I just wanted to update that I quickly received a replacement shower from the company but unfortunately the mixing valve on this unit also had the same problem of restricting the hot water flow making for cold showers so we went with a different brand. The company/amazon fully refunded the amount with no problem. original review- I just installed this shower, and generally, most of the features work as expected. However, the hot/cold water mixing valve on my product does not seem to be working properly. As the mixing valve is turned toward hot, the water flow is slowed, and when turned fully to the max hot position, the water flow ceases entirely. As such, the valve does not allow enough hot water into the system for the shower temperature to rise above 86 degrees F, a very cool shower temperature as we prefer hotter showers in the 92 F range. Not sure if this is a defective valve or some anti-scald safety feature that is badly calibrated. I have written to the company to see what can be done. If the mixing valve will not allow the shower temperature to get any higher, we will be sending it back and look for another product.

Very good shower, excellent quality, the different water jets make you feel good, my favorite is the waterfall, the material is strong and of good quality, the installation was very easy and I love the hydroelectric system

Love the shower head, don’t love the lifespan of the lights
First off I don’t regret buying it. Still don’t even. We installed it 4 months ago and it’s been awesome, was easy to install and all the features on it are lovely. With that said we do have one thing we are displeased with an that is the display panel and overhead lights in it stopped working. They are water powered so my first thought was it sprung a leak so I checked and it’s completely dry. All I can think is the motor fried. It’s only 4 months old so I would say it shouldn’t do that. Oh well I hope others don’t have this same issue.
