HONEY CRYSTALLIZES: And that's a good thing! In fact, crystallization is proof that honey is real, raw and unprocessed. Sugar crystals forming in your jar is the natural and spontaneous process of raw, unadulterated honey. These honey crystals add to the flavor and texture of each unique varietal. Some varietals crystallize like shaved ice, others like little diamonds and others, smooth like butter. Honey Bear honey is blended for color, and heated to high temperatures for the purpose of filtering so it maintains a liquid consistency. That blending, heating and filtering process zaps it of flavor and nutrients and unique character. If you want to loosen the honey or turn it liquid, place the jar in a bath of warm or hot water (not boiling!) for ~10 minutes. This should decrystallize the honey for a period of time.

I like everything about the product. Can't say the about many things ... I am going to try the other flavor/types also. So far I have stuck with the orange blossom. These people are doing it right !!!

Buyer Beware - good product, shoddy order fulfillment.
1. I ordered 4 jars of Florida Orange Blossom Honey from Bee Raw. I like this brand and this flavor very much, and have bought it in the small jars in boutique grocery stores in the past. I received 3 jars of Florida Orange Blossom Honey and 1 jar of Washington Buckwheat Honey (the outside wrapper said Florida Orange Blossom Honey, but the label on the jar was different). The policy on this product is no returns, understandable since it is food.2. The jars of honey don’t all have the same amount in them (see picture). While the Buckwheat was completely full, one of the Orange Blossom jars was only about 75% full, the other perhaps 85%. Poor quality check on the manufacturing side.3. Amazon Customer Service was nice enough to refund me the value of the 1 jar that was the wrong kind.4. Now I have to reorder the 4th jar of Florida Orange Blossom Honey on my own.Great product, poor execution. Bee Raw needs to be more diligent in its order fulfillment and the amount of honey that is actually going into the jar.

Truly a better Honey then the rest of the Pack
Original purchase was at Whole Foods Market on sale. Used it for hot tea. The product is incredible, just extraordinary taste that is unlike and exceeds your highest expectations when using honey. It is so good that I know just get plain Greek Yogurt and drizzle this on instead of any other flavoring. I put it in tea and share and people always comment on how wonderful the Tea is. Try it and be amazed.

Not much flavor
Very thin, and not much flavor. I expecting a rich Honey flavor but it's just not there. Thought price was too high also.

Tastes wonderful
You can tell this honey is different as soon as you taste it. It has an extra sweetness to it. I can hardly wait to make more honey butter or put this in a nice herbal tea.
