Definitely not "4k UltraHD"
This Camera is just okay. The quality at 720p doesn't look like 720p at all. This resulted in me having to crank the resolution up to 4k all the time, and even then the resolution only looked like 720p to me. If you are looking for a high quality visual image, this isn't the product you want. The microphone without the case is on isn't very clear. You can tell what the person is saying, but it sounds like you are talking to someone through a phone. Definitely not 4k UltraHD, but it could definitely fit someone's needs if they aren't looking for anything special.

A Good Knock Off Action Camera That Most People Can Afford!
I got this action camera so I could shoot footage in full 1080P 60FPS. I didn't care about 4K, cause I don't own a 4K TV and or monitor. And don't believe for a second your getting true 4K from this camera either, at this price point. When you set it to 4K, all it does is shoot in 1080P, and then upscales it to 4K resolution, but the result is that it appears less crisp then 1080P, because again, its upscaling, not shooting in true 4K. I love the water proof case it comes with, helps to protect my camera lens against dirt and scratches. And if your shooting underwater, this case is supposed to be rated for up to I think 90 feet under water, but I never tested that. It comes with many mounting accessories including a wireless remote control for starting/stopping, the video, or taking a photo. One of the drawbacks to any action camera, weather it be Gopro, or a knock off brand such as this one, is that they have poor battery life. In the best conditions, you can expect about an hour of recording time. Which is why its best to buy the 3 pack battery and charger pack such as I did with my purchase. I also purchased a huge accessory pack as well, so I could have more mounting options available to me. I have been very pleased with my camera most of the time. I say most of the time, because sometimes, the camera battery will overheat, and I will loose footage when it does. There was also a time when the camera got shook pretty hard, and the battery compartment popped open, which allowed the battery to slip out enough to loose contact, which caused my footage to get corrupted. However, most of the time, I have had good luck with my camera. It shoots crystal clear 1080P footage, and using the 60FPS setting, the footage is super smooth as well. Like most action camera's, 1080P at 60FPS, it will shoot in 15-minute lengths, which result in 3.5GB files each. I chose to get the 60GB memory card so that I could shoot a lot of footage, without having to change cards. Using a 60GB card, shooting at 1080P at 60FPS, you should expect to get roughly 4-hours on average, on a single card. I don't use this thing to take pictures, I have a Canon A2300 pocket cam for that. There are a bunch of modes and settings you can adjust in the camera, but I find they are easier to set using my cell phone. This action camera has WIFI capabilities, which means you can connect your phone, to your camera! I found it easier to go through the modes and set settings with my cell phone, cause its point and click, rather then push different buttons several times, until we reach our goal lol. However, I did run into an issue with the software app when I was trying to set new WIFI security credentials in the camera, the software app liked to crash often. There needs to be some improvement in the software app, but I do understand the app is created by a 3rd party, and not by the company that made the camera. Like all action camera's, it has a small wide angle lens. So while it can give me a very wide angle, which I love BTW, it however doesn't let a whole lot of light in, which means indoor footage suffers. This camera really shines in outdoor summer days. Cloudy days, or indoor footage, will be leaving much to be desired. The physical construction of the camera does feel cheap, and it is super light. But please consider that this camera costs way less then the ridiculous price of the Gopro cameras. These knock off camera's are made for people like me, who are not in the rich income bracket, and I think for the money, this is an excellent camera. While it is certainly not perfect, and it may have its quirks, for what it does, I am happy with it. If your shooting on really hot days, and your using the water proof case, be aware that your battery may overheat causing loss of footage. So you want to be careful with that. Sometimes its easier to pop in a new battery after 20/30 minutes of recording, rather then waiting for the battery to overheat and create white footage for the last of the video. 4 out of 5UPDATE! NOV 22 2018Since its been over a year since my original review, I thought it would be a good idea to give an update on how my camera is doing. In the 16-months that I have owned this camera, I have shot 200 video's. The waterproof case has been instrumental, in protecting the camera lens from flying debri. Eventually I would like to get a new case for it, but the company that sells the camera doesn't seem to provide replacement cases for it.The camera itself has holding up great! With the price point of the camera, I assumed that I would be having troubles by now. Not only has the camera remained intact, but all the functions still work. And as far as I can tell, the camera still shoots the same quality footage. Only the condition of the water proof case degrades a quality image, due to the scratches its incurred from heavy use.Again, it would be nice to be able to get a replacement case for this. I still like my camera to this day, and still stand by what I said before, that this is a nice camera for the price. Ratings stays at a solid 4 out of 5 STARS!

Money well spent
Camera takes good video for my needs. Definitely not 4K, but 1080p60 works well and produces good video. Does well on cloudy days, some reviews mentioned that it didn't but mine did. Even with tons of dust on the lens it worked great. Battery life seems subpar though, after a full charge it only took about an hour of HD video. The helmet mount it comes with only fits on flat surfaces so it's practically useless on most helmets but I made mine work with some customization. The remote works well and is a nice touch. All in all, a good purchase for 55 dollars for the amount I will use it. If I were using it all the time and knew it would take some hits I'd probably opt for something a little more stout and with better battery life but I am satisfied. One more note: the waterproof case stayed dry with my pressure-washer abuse test. Impressive.Instruction manual is useless and makes no sense so make sure to watch YouTube instructionals.

Good value, but not true 4K video.
This camera and all its accessories are very similar to all the other brands in this category; it's hard to say anything particularly special other than it does its money worth. I've used it to capture some timelapses and other pictures. One thing you should know is that very few, if any, of the "4K" cameras in this price range shoot video at actual 4K resolution. This camera -- and I believe many of the others -- shoot at something around 1080p and then upscale the video to be 4K dimensions, but not at full 4K resolution and sharpness. In other words, if you're looking for the full detail of a true 4K video, this won't produce it. Buyer beware.
